ETO Sterilizer Manufacturers


Neelam ETO Sterilizer will be in sturdy construction using plates of appropriate thickness which prevents buckling under vacuum or bulging due to pressure. Made as per I.S. 3829 or ASTM Specifications.

1. Standard Cycle Operating Pressure-1Bar to + 2 Bar
·         This technique uses near 100% air removal fromsterilization chamber which results in better temperature uniformity in the chamber because of the absence of air pockets ie. Cold spots.
·         This technique increases the penetration of Eto gas in porous products from which removal of air is difficult.

2. Vacuum drying at the end of sterilizing hold period ensures drying of the material which has been sterilized it is useful for ampoules in cassettes, small items of processing and packaging equipment entering the class 1 area and processing drums, garments, fabrics, drying, rubber bungs vessels machine parts, liquids in bottles and PVC pouches etc.

3. Leak Test Cycle for periodic testing of door integrity and pipeline connections & detecting leakage ampoules.

This innovative product will certainly give you relief from a terrific problem of bend and disturbed cheese pipes. It corrects the inner dia. of your disturbed cheese pipe and you can Re-Use it.
It takes just 1/3 minute to correct one cheese pipe.

A simple hot air dryer will suffice when you need to remove surface moisture from non-hygroscopic resins. A hot air dryer works very simply. It consists of a heater blower unit mounted on drying hopper and a control for the HB. Ambient air is drawn through a filter into a heater/blower unit and heated. The temperature can be adjusted up to 350˚F. The heater/blower is mounted on the drying hopper and the hot air is circulated up through the material in the hopper, carrying surface moisture up and out of the top of the hopper. The control for the heater/blower can be mounted on the hopper stand or on a nearby wall.

You use these same heater blower units in a central drying system but in that case, dry air is supplied to the HB from the central dryer and the process air is re-circulated back to the dryer.
In either case, it is important to provide an HB with a blower large enough to ensure sufficient airflow through the hopper.

Power saving: in each stoppage it takes minimum of 20 minutes to stop + 60 minutes to change mesh + 20 minutes to start = the total time is 100 minutes in hole of this time total system is on means power loss is 60 minutes of working load = 150 units [power saving per month =150 units x 30 = 4500 units] a. Power saving: if we dont stop the plant twice in day we will get minimum one-hour production more. one hour production = 150 ~200 kg. hence, the payback period is only 2-3 months.
